Aksel Tjora

Associate Professor

Aksel Tjora is MSc in computer science and management (1991) and PhD in sociology (1997). He is currently doing research related to organisations and their implementation and use of information- and communication technologies. Especially, Tjora is involved in research in these topics within medicine and health care, through research projects within health informatics and bioethics. He loves teaching in technology studies, medical sociology and qualitative research methodology. (He has admitted that he has a small hobby research project in music technology, but don’t tell anyone!)
